Can I have my order gift wrapped?

We are happy to offer complimentary gift wrapping with each purchase. Once the items are added to your cart, please add a note to your cart and specify the item(s) you would like wrapped and the occasion. Notes must be added at the cart page- not at checkout. (Click here for your cart once your item(s) have been added).

How do I contact Beige?

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. 

Can I change my order once placed?

Once an order is placed, our team immediately begins processing it, so we are unable to make any changes after an order is shipped. To request a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I exchange an item?

We are unable to accept exchanges unless otherwise specified between us and the buyer.  However, you can return your item within 10 days of purchase (with the original tags), and place a new order. Please refer to our return policy for further details.

What is the currency your prices are listed as?

We use the the United States Dollar. 

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the continental US as well as Hawaii and Alaska.  We also ship to Canada. For more shipping information, check here.

I'm from Canada, will I be charged duties, taxes, and/or fees?

Depending on the value of the order, you may or may not be charged duties, taxes, and/or fees.  If your package does incur applicable duties, taxes, and/or fees, it is up to the person receiving the package to cover these costs.  BEIGE is unaware of what those applicable duties, taxes, and fees are, so we are unable to predict if you will be charged and how much that may be.  Also, be aware there might be unforeseen customs delays.  We suggest you contact your local customs office for more information. 

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Of course!  We have an option to ship to the same address or to ship to another address.  If you are shipping to your work address, we recommend putting the name of the company you work for as well as your name on the package.
