SHIPPING POLICY –
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and typically take 1-3 days to process.
*BY OPTING OUT OF ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE, THE CUSTOMER WILL ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.
We recommend purchasing Route shipping insurance with your order when checking out. It's a small fee that will protect you if any packages are lost or damaged. Regardless of whether or not you have chosen to purchase shipping insurance, we are not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in the mail. Curbside pick-up and local delivery is available to local Little Rock, Arkansas residents. These options will be available at checkout once your address is verified.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with duties, taxes or customs where applicable. Customers are also responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to a wrong address so please be mindful when entering delivery addresses and information. If you believe you may have entered the wrong address or shipping information, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can resolve the issue before shipment.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returned shipping. Shipping fees and shipping insurance are non-refundable.

Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the continental US as well as Hawaii and Alaska. We also ship to Canada.
I'm from Canada, will I be charged duties, taxes, and/or fees?
Depending on the value of the order, you may or may not be charged duties, taxes, and/or fees. If your package does incur applicable duties, taxes, and/or fees, it is up to the person receiving the package to cover these costs. BEIGE is unaware of what those applicable duties, taxes, and fees are, so we are unable to predict if you will be charged and how much that may be. Also, be aware there might be unforeseen customs delays. We suggest you contact your local customs office for more information.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Of course! We have an option to ship to the same address or to ship to another address. If you are shipping to your work address, we recommend putting the name of the company you work for as well as your name on the package.

What happens if my package gets lost?
Please email us at email@example.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is updated.
