EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS:
Purchases made November 26th through December 24th can be returned by January 1st. Returns made within 10 days from the purchase date can be refunded to the original form of payment. Any returns made outside of our standard 10-day return window can only be exchanged or refunded as store credit.
Any orders purchased after 12/24 are subject to our standard 10-day return policy.

We will gladly refund (in original form of payment or store credit) regular, full priced, new merchandise within 10 days upon delivery. The items must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packing. Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached. If returning footwear, the original box and contents must be included. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that don’t fulfill these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For online orders, you have 10 days from when you received the item to when we get it back in our hands to receive a full refund. After the 10 days is complete, we are unable to accept a return or process your purchase for an exchange.
Sale merchandise, home goods, swimwear, intimates, bodysuits, perfume, lotions, candles, oils, skincare, sunglasses and hats may not be returned or exchanged.

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your return package. Shipping fees and insurance are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Returns happen at your own risk and own expense. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods.
We will gladly exchange regular, full priced purchases for another size or different item if it is in stock. For online orders please contact us before shipping your return so that we can hold the exchanged item for you. Returns can also be exchanged for store credit. Store Credit can be used online or in-store and never expires.
We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items that have been further reduced. Please know that we carry a limited size run and sell out quickly- you would be securing your size at the time of purchase.
