We will gladly refund (in original form of payment) regular-priced, new merchandise within 10 days of receipt of package delivery. The items must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packing. Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged.  All original tags must be attached. If returning footwear, the original box and contents must be included. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that don’t fulfill these criteria.  Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  For online orders, you have 10 days from when you received the item to when we get it back in our hands to receive a full refund. 


We have extended our return window from now until December 25th. After the initial 10 days is finished, refunds can only be returned for store credit. Store Credit can be used online or in-store and never expires. Thank you for your understanding and patience through this time of year.

Sale merchandise, swimwear, underwear, bodysuits, perfume, lotions, candles, oils, skincare, sunglasses and hats may not be returned or exchanged. 

We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items that have been further reduced. Please know that we carry a limited size run and sell out quickly- you would be securing your size at the time of purchase.

All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your return package. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. 

Returns happen at your own risk and own expense. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods.
