A common motto here at BEIGE is less is more. We are firm believers in the minimal closet, and that one doesn't need every hot item of the season to look amazing. Truth be told, chasing the trends only leads to an overcrowded closet with nothing to wear.
The BEIGE boss, Ashley, has a little advice for anyone wanting to do a closet makeover. She advises to completely remove everything from your closet, then only fill it with things that you love and feel great in. However, less doesn't mean skimping on great quality items. And what better time to do a little Spring cleaning than now?
To assist you with that, we've put together a closet capsule that will ensure that you have every item you need to not only fit the occasion but to look great as well! We've taken these staple pieces and broken them down into different styles (Pt. 1,2,&3) so that you can pick which items work best for you! Plus, it gave us an excuse to have a shoot with our stylist Heather - showing off her skill in front of the camera this time.
1) Rachel Comey Jordan Dress
Our first piece is this staple dress is the perfect dress for Summer. Its slinky fit makes it a great piece for a stroll around town or the little black dress you wear on date night. We've styled it three different ways for you to choose from - the Saturday shopper for a more casual vibe, Sunday brunch for a relaxed but dressier style, and the date night for your more elegant option.
